Default 8330 4.5 software sync problem

When trying to sync my bb 8330 using enterprise with m/s office goes ok until it hit calender part of sync then closes down desktop software and never clears the sync on BB. What went wrong has been working. I removed desktop software and reinstalled still same problem. HELP!!!!

By enterprise, do you mean BES server?

yes thats correct. when it goes to download calender entries comes up with windows error and closes program
