    Does anyone know how to unlock the 8320 so I can change carriers from T-Mobile to Verizon.

    Sorry T-Mobile users, I have had to many dropped and failed calls, let alone not being able to make a call due to the hour glass.

    8320 is GSM...Verizon is CDMA, you can not use your phone on verizons network, sorry.
