I am a Blackberry newbie and received a 8320 for work that was from a previous employee. We have BES and Microsoft Exchange server. My Outlook 2007 profile sends/receives from a direct/work and a support email address. However, after two activations and several battery pulls, i still only receive email from my direct/work address on the bb.


Any help with this issue is greatly appreciated!

Go on the site for the cell company that you are using.

There should be a Blackberry thing.
ie sprint is sprint.Blackberry.net (or something like that. )
