We have a number of 8320 curves, all having the same problem, every now and again when the devices don't have a mobile network signal, it turns off the mobile network connection all by itself, and the user has to turn it back on manually.
Has anyone seen this before ? Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem ?
Orange as usual haven't been a great deal of help, but then again neither have vodafone.
