    Got my hands on an 8320 last night but when I put the battery in it starts up and then flashes "battery drain" and turns itself off. Anybody else getting the same problem?

    Nope, my Tmo 8320 has never had that problem. Battery life has been amazing since November when I got it.

    The battery is fully charged used the one out of my phone in it.
