    hi i need some help...

    i loaded the latest desktop software. All went well, but on switching bberry back on, it would recieve emails, but not send. Shows an error message when you try to send an email "no message services configured....".

    Spent about 2 hours with T-mobile in UK trying to resolve, reloading service packs etc. ... but same problem.

    anybody know how to resolve?

    Did you delete the old service books first? I know when I spoke with my service provider about an issue I was having before the guy told me it's best to do that (not sure how much that really matters though). You may want try deleting your old service books, then log into your BIS & try resending them. You might have better luck.

    If you are going down that route, make sure you can log in to BIS and find the service books before deleting them from the device.

    Have you tried adding a generic tmo blackberry.orange.co.uk account to BIS, can you send via that? It may be specific to your existing email account setup.
