Hi all,

Brand new BB user here with a question regarding e-mail. What settings do I need to ensure that e-mails received on my 8310 while my home computer is turned off will still be available on my e-mail suppliers server so that I can receive them at home during the evening. (I use Thunderbird as a client)

Alternatively - is there a way to set up the 8310 to synch with Thunderbird, or will it only play nice with Outlook / Outlook Express

In essence, when you're reading emails on your BlackBerry, you're really reading a copy of the email in your account...

So, if you're using ONE computer client (Thunderbird) on ONE pc to check your email, you should see ALL emails on said pc...
