hello im new here my 8310 has a battery in the middle of the screen with a red line acrossed it and thats all it does can anyone help thank u

It means the battery is either not recognized by the phone, is
incompatible, or just plain dead. If you are in your warranty period
have it or the phone replaced.

i tried different batteries already and still nothing

Then I'd suspect the phone is the issue, which would still trigger
me to request a warranty exchange.
