    I just got my 8310 from a friend, and it has some issues. I'm hoping a simple OS update will help the situation, but can't figure out the easiest way to update it. Is there a simple way to update it OTA?

    Nope. You have to use a Windows PC to update the OS.

    From what att is telling me, only BES can upgrade wirelessly.
