    i have a friend who has a 8310 and i just got them to set up mail with BIS, when they get emails or sms they go to one folder, i had them change the SMS & EMAIL: separate... but they go to the same place... any ideas?

    Maybe a battery pull or. Combine them. And separate them again

    It should split the current and new messages.
