Hello,

I just purchased an 8gb micro sd card. When I put in the phone it notifies thast the card is not formated and it asks me to format. I went to format the card with my bb and it freezes. I have to pull out the battery to unfreeze.

I also tried formating the card in the computer. But it tells me "Windows was unable to complete the format".

Do you think there is something wrong with the card I purchased?

if niether the BB or the PC can format it might be a problem with the card

Sounds like a bad card if neither the pc or BB can read it
