Yesterday I looked at my phone and it was a black screen, like it was off. It wasn't the battery cause I checked.

When I plugged it into my computer, its has the USB sound so it gave a little hope, since my LED doesn't work.

I figured it was nuked so I proceeded to try an fix it, but I cant!

When I go into Common files to use the Loader, I see "Unknown pin", and I put in my password and all that, but when it comes to choosing what to install, there is NOTHING there. All it says is:

"The Blackberry Desktop Software does not have Blackberry Device Software for the device that you have connected to the computer. Contact your wireless service provider or system administrator"

I downloaded the OS for my 8300, I have Desktop manager, I have everything and I cannot do nothing!

I don't understand and I need help! PLEASE!

make sure to delete the vendor.xml

and have the battery out when you start apploader.
once it asks for pin, put the battery in. should work.

make sure the OS you have installed is for the 8300 and not for one of the other 83xx models.

I have done that now the PIN wont appear at all.
It only makes the USB sound when I disconnect from my PC.

I have tried taking the battery out first and what not but no "COM1" or "PIN-UKNOWN". It's just blank.
