I JUST INSTALLED MY 4 GIG MEMORY CARD TO MY 8300 CURVE AND ADDED SONGS TO IT. NOW, WHEN IM USING MY PHONE IT SEEMS AS IT IS SLOWER THAN BEFORE. FOR EXAMPLE, WHEN I SCROLL THE TRACKBALL ON THE APPLICATIONS IT IS REALLY DELAYED. ISNT THE MEMORY CARD SUPPOSE TO MAKE IT A LITTLE FASTER INSTEAD OF SLOWER? WHAT'S WRONG? CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME OUT. ITS KINDA FRUSTRAING TO HAVE MY PHONE BE REALLY SLOW. THANKS.

The card should not have any effect of the BB speed. Try pulling the batter off with the BB powered on.

I Turned The Phone Off, Then Took The Battery Out. I Guess I Should Do It With The Phone On This Time.

Yes that's a hard reset. When you put the battery back in wait a few min. before you do anything.

I Dont Have Any Pictures On The Card. Its Just Music. I Dont Know What Else To Try. I Already Reset It Twice. And No Luck.

The reason I asked about pictures, was I had larger pictures copied over that I forgot to resize and it took forever to load the media card while finding music and etc...


Maybe it's the amount of music you have on there, how many songs we talking?


Nevermind resets it's not going to do you any good..... you tired it to many times, no we have to trouble shoot the card or the phone

Sandisk Microsd. I Got It At The At&t Store Just Today. I Added My Songs And Then I Was Just Scrolling The Ball And Noticed That It Had Slowed Down.

Have u format MM card after installation?? it good to have one format after installation, try your luck with quick format.
