Howdy,
I have BB version 4.5.0.37 (52) installed and running fine. However I have yet to see any emails in HTML. I still get all the old http link stuff. No images whatsoever. Is there something I'm missing??
I've looked at the service books and have no way of re-sending them.
Does this have to do with BIS or BES??

It BIS and if you want to resend your service books call ATT and have them resend them. Also do a battery pull for good measure.

Make sure you have html email enabled too.

go to your create new email on your BB and go down and click resend service books . then go into your email on your BB and go into options and make sure that html says yes. this will only work for your personal email over Bis unless your Bes is the new update

It works!! I still have to open the menu and "get image" and then it's a full fledged HTML!!

I called ATT and told the rep to resend my Service Books. He told me to logon to: BlackBerry Internet Service and re-register after he deleted my email accounts. I did that and voila!!

I'm on .42 had to do a battery pull earlier after selecting Get Images, My berry just froze up anyone else have this issue yet?

The update didn't come fast enough before I sold my personal BB on BIS.

Should this work for attached email services in BIS? I have gmail connected, have confirmed html in options yet don't get the 'download images' menu options when viewing gmail email.
