    Well, I just found out that Tmobile upgrade to 3G in my market on 9/30 (Philadelphia). When Tmo told me that they did it on 9/30, the rep told me that the Curve 8320 does not support it though. After reading things, I verified that that is true. Is there an update or anything to make it 3G compatible? Or is it not even possible because it doesn't have the right hardware? If I uderstand right, while using the web, 3G is much faster than EDGE, but how much faster is WIFI over 3G? I know WIFI is pretty quick because when I d/l videos from blueapple.mobi on wifi, it goes really fast.

    Not possible. It's in the hardware.
    What's this blueapple.mobi? You get video from there? How's it work? Do you have 4.5 running on your T-Mo 8320, or just the regular 4.2?

    No can do!

    And put it this way. With my EVDO 8330 wifi would be useless

    But there's a radio in your phone that's made only for T-Mobiles edge network.

    It works with pretty much any OS...I had 4.2 but now 4.5
    Go on blueapple.mobi web video search (aka VUCLIP) from the phone and it searches videos from a bunch of sites, including YOUTUBE. I usually d/l them and than playback. I can't get youtube to work on mine, don't know why, so that is why i use bluapple. Comes in handy when the kids are getting crazy at a restaurant. I just load it up, d/l spongebob or dora, and the kids sit still!
