Heya, thanks for taking the time to look

1) right next to the sound profile icon there is a DC broadcast icon with a red slash through it. I don't have any kind of missed call or msg that I can find. Any ideas what it is?

2) I don't seem to find much info on the 8350I and wanted to know the best place to find problems and fixes for the phone, as well as must-have apps since I'm new to BB in general.

what it means is that the DC is set to the handset not the speakerphone
