Hey guys, I have an AT&T Blackberry that I bought off of ebay and unlocked it for my Fido account. I'm not using of Blackberry services.

I had the #1 Voicemail speed dial button working to get my voicemai. However ever since I upgraded my os to the latest 4.2.2.184, whenever I push the 1 button I get "invalid phone number"

I've tried putting a +1 in front of the number but it doesn't work.

Any suggestions appreciated.

jake, sometimes pulling the battery and replace it will re-enable that voicemail speed dial.

Thanks for the reply jsanders, but that didn't seem to do the trick.

Any more ideas? I've tried putting in +1 (some companies mention that it must be put in before the number). Still no go.

Do you have it programmed in your 'W' slot in the speed dial?

Edit the speed dials and use the menu to delete whatever is in the "W" slot (even if it looks empty) and then pull the battery and reinstall. It will be corrected when the phone restarts.
