The link is for OTA only. This means that you have to download the theme directly from your phone, not from your computer. I can upload a desktop manager version later today if you don't mind waiting.

As for now, you have to email yourself the link of access the forums through your phone and download it from there.

EDIT: I have added the alx files for Desktop Manager. Enjoy!

I really really like this theme but I have a request...
Can you make the screen with all the apps with the background of the main screen?
Can you turn the blue select color into black?
