8350i Themes

I'm not able to load more than one theme onto my 8350i. I bought 2 themes out of the CB store, but can only load one.

are you getting any kind of errors? it may be possible that you have a full memory card? need a little more information to be able to troubleshoot this for you.

Go to Options/Status and check your file free memory.

I'm not getting any errors, and my file free is 62529686 bytes left.

It is possible you may have bought a theme that is incompatible with the 8350i. When this occurs, it will load on to the phone, but not show up in the theme list. Always, always...confirm that the theme is compatible for 8350i before plopping money down.

I've also tried to load the themes through desktop manager. Still having the same problem.
