white screen on 8350i

hi everyone well im here because i have a problem with my screen which its all white i have tried every suggestion found on the web i guess i cant find the appropriate one i have bought a new lcd screen and its still the same so i was wondering if someone can help me out please

I had a similar problem with mine, I would do a battery reset then after a minute the os would try to load, give me an error message then go all white.

My solution was to wipe the handset using JL_Cmder (software I think on crackberry) because Blackberry Desktop would not recognize. After using software (do a search there is a guide on it) Blackberry software would recognize phone and allow me to reinstall os.

Make sure you do a backup of your files before wiping it.
