Default Well I Upgraded

Overcame my inherent dislike of Google and upgraded from my 8350i to a Samsung Galaxy Prevail. Thought about the 9670 for a good while before deciding that I would rather have a slab phone than a flip.

...and wow, this is one nice device. Its capabilities are head and shoulders above that of an 8350i, and the overall speed using 3g on CDMA is also much, much faster than trying to browse on the IDEN network with the 'berry running Opera.

I do miss the keyboard (thought about the transform, but I once had a slider and didn't care for it's lack of reliability after moderate use - and the transform is quite a bit more money).

I also went from 8350i to the 9900 and its stupid fast. The 9900 on 4G is faster than the 8350i on wifi. Honestly anything on the market is faster and better than the iDen berry.

The IDEN network isn't built for data speed, nobody will claim that. But for a decent smartphone with unlimited everything plan, the $50->$35 Boostberry still can't be beat.

I'll take $35-50/month over $85-100/month for a fully functioning phone ANY day of the week "Lol" ... ppl pay too much for phones these days. I refuse. I don't use a credit card or have a car payment either, what a concept!!
