uncaught excpetion

i have a curve 8350i and when i turn it on everything works however it says "uncaught exception: ApplicationRegistry.waitFor(0x9850447e783b0596)tim eout


how do i fix this?

You have to reload the OS ... make sure you backup prior.

i reloaded and it didnt help

That specific error means one of your applications isn't loading. I had this problem with MMS, did a full factory reset to take off IT policy but that did nothing. Downgrading the OS fixed it and then without applying an IT policy I could then upgrade the OS with no problem.

The more important question to ask is not what will fix it (i deem it minorly annoying) but to find out what application is not loading and whether or not you can fix it.
