unable to back up with DM, any other way?

Here's my problem, the mini USB died, so I cant connect it to the DM for anything. I have tried using Bluetooth but the DM options for Bluetooth are grayed out, even though I have installed the capabilities for Bluetooth. I dont know what else to do, I am trying to back up my info so that I can swap phones, I haven't been able to back up for almost a year.

Is there any other options available? I also have been trying to install facebook 1.6, and cant even do that.

The computer you are trying to back up to using Bluetooth, is it working with any other Bluetooth items or is it just installed? The Bluetooth on the phone is it working with other items? Is the OS for the 8350i allow for Bluetooth?

Hmm those are good questions, though I don't have anything else that has bluetooth to test,
I have 4.6 and 5.0+ of dm installed for the phone but both are shadowed.
Hmm have to check other items. Wait the bluetooth on the phone does work with the car, so that's ok.
Then the computer might be the issue, lemme find some thing else to test.
