Tiny data card encrypted

I was having a problem with my phone.The last call would not show up but the little envelope on top would.I backed everything up removed 4gb card with my kids pictures after backing everything up I did a master reset.I then re BOOSTED the phone.Everything is working as it should EXCEPT the pictures on data card have a green arrow and when the phone restarts it says that its encrypted and my phone wont be able to read them.I have rebooted it played with setting with no luck.I see the boxes so the pics are there I just cant open them.Any help would be appreciated.. maybe you had encryption turned on, put the card in the BB and try the different settings... im thinking device, since you dont remember entering a password.
