Telus new Data plans for MIKE, what does BIS include?

What does BIS include? I am trying to save a nickel or 2 and was reviewing the new rate plans and I am a little confused.
according to there new plans
Mike Work Email & Web Data Add-on
I can get unlimited BIS for 30$, does that include facebook, and twitter, web browsing , and email? or just email?

they also have another add-on package for "pocket data"

is that just for "tracking" employees??

These are supposed to be "clear and simple" plans but it is as clear as mud for me

unlimited BIS is essentially unlimited data -- facebook, browsing, etc will all work natively. Push services will also be native for you like push e-mail, which has to be circumvented with Shangmail for people withOUT BIS
