Question Speaker Help-phone does not ring,can't here music
all of a sudden the speaker on my phone stopped working while using direct connect yesterday. Now the phone does not ring and I can not listen to music. I would have thought that my speaker blow but a coworker with the same phone had the same issue 3 weeks ago (he just bought a new phone) has anyone experienced this and can anyone offer any help/advise ???

What version OS are you using? v5? When you try to play a ringtone from your sound profiles or media player, do you get an error?
