Shangmail 4.9.0 - Download/Upload

Can someone upload the "shangmail.cod" file, version 4.9.0 ? Like many other Boost users in here, I didn't back-up my applications before I upgraded to Shangmail Ver 4.9.2 and now I'm not getting any e-mails.

I'm hoping that someone has the older version saved. Please upload it here. Thank you in advance.

thats not his point, 4.9.2. doesnt work correctly therefore we want to downgrade to 4.9,ya digg?

Thank you for your help, but for some reason, the Shangmail ver 4.9.2 doesn't work on my 8350i on Boost. The version I downloaded from the link you provided doesn't let me log-on and I get the "Create Account Fail"...

I also downloaded ver 4.9.2 directly from their website at WAP.SHANGMAIL.COM. This version (apparently different from the one you posted) lets me log-in and I receive my e-mails ONLY at the first log-on, and ONLY if my WI-FI connection is available. The second I disconnect from WI-FI, I stop receiving e-mails, and it would not receive anything else until I choose Exit and then I have to sign-in again. It never works without the WI-FI connection available.

I'm quite knowledgeable in using this software since I was the one who wrote the "Shangmail Bible" a few months ago.

I'm just looking for someone's help with this... Please post ver 4.9.0. I'm sure others will be grateful to get their e-mails working again.

You have to re-register the account on the phone for it to work. It does work on the 8350i I should know I'm using it now. It does work well. So re-register through the phone it will work...

Here's a copy of Shangmail 4.9.0. Shangmail support sent it to me the other day since my 8350i would not stay online with Shangmail. I don't know if this will help my issue yet, but their customer service has been in contact with me once a day to help solve the problem....

do i need to delete the older version? been using 4.5.1 and it went down few weeks ago. wont let me get back on.

will 4.9.0 work ?

Any version of shangmail is shady. Works for some, others it doesn't. I have completely given up on shangmail, its not worth all the hassle..IMO

i have 4.9.0 installed, registered using phone number on chinese site. when try to register on phone it wont do it. just keeps going. then i switched from CMNET to WIFI and it said user registered. but when i try to login it says " login failed, try again later". i tried to login with CMNET, CMWAP, WIFI and other. nothing

any ideas?

what ya using for email then crump?

Ever since the 4.9.2 update I have nothing but issues on any version. It got to where it only worked over wifi, to me that's pointless.

I just use the Gmail app... It doesn't have some of the features that the native email has but it's really reliable. If you don't already have a Gmail account I don't think you bind your existing account with the app, but I have always used Gmail any way.
