Question Several buttons not working...help

My "I" "O" "K" "L" "M" does not work. I need these two of these buttons to insert my password to unlock it and i can not do anything with my phone until i get those buttons working. Any suggestions on what i should do? im lost

If u kno how to take the face plate off, remove it and then remove the keypad. Rub a SMALL amount of alcohol on the board underneath the keypad and properly secure the keypad when done.

if that doesn't work, a new keypad can be purchased for less than $30.

Sometimes that happens to mine and my track ball stops working. I blow it out with the air hose. Dirt gets trapped in there.
