Default please help me
My sister gave me her BB, but she doesnt remember the password, she tried it 5 times and nothing, its 10 possible. What can i do to reset it and be able to use it for boost mobile

Enter the password wrong 5 more times. It will perform a security wipe on itself and reset to factory settings.

Found the DM manager, but now the phone has a red light on the top right corner. its a black screen and i cant turn it on now.
