Phone wont call mobile numbers, only land lines

This is weird, got an 8350i from a friend, transfered my SIM and MicroSD, Imported Data and tried making calls and whenever I call a Cell number, it just rings and rings (but doesn't actually call that person). If I call a landline number, it goes through! What gives?

Nevermind.... I don't know what the problem was exactly, but I wiped the phone with JL_Cmdr, installed Older version of Desktop manager and latest device software and used Apploader to install OS. After restoring just the necessary stuff from my .ipd backup file, I was able to make calls both Cell & landline...
