Does anyone know if this option is available for Telus? I spoke with CS and she said she couldn't do it. Rather than phone again, I figured I'd come here to "Ask the Experts". She mentioned that it was a network setting and that it couldn't be changed.

All I can say is awesome!! did the online chat for about 5-10 minutes. Did not change on my 1st test, but the agent did not ask me to pull the battery either. After I did that the phone rang 8 times over a 33 second period. Wish I had done this a few years ago. Thanks for the tip.
