not getting voice mail notification

My 8350i is not giving me ANY voice mail notifications. No icon, no MMS, nothing. I was having the same problem with my previous 8350i and I just got a replacement and I am still not gettting VM notifications. On my previous phone I called Sprint and they deleted my mailbox and re-set it up but that didn't do the trick either. My firewall is disabled. Does anybody know a fix?

Look in the firewall section and make sure you do not have any of the boxes for "Block Incoming Messages" checked.

Thanks, but my firewall was already disabled (and none of the boxes are checked). I've called Sprint and they've referred me to their local service center where I went, waited for 1hr 45 minutes only for them to tell me how to do a security wipe. Which I tried and it didn't work either. Called Sprint again and they tried something else which didn't work and then told me to go to the local repair center again.
