NO voicemail notification 8350i

I do not get an voicemail notification on my 8350i. Sprint sent me a new one yesterday, opened up....same thing. Brought it to Sprint store / repair center, worked on it for 2 hours ( including software update), still nothing. I get no icon / no text telling me I have a message. I need help!

Maybe a silly question, but did you activate / setup your voice mail?

FIREWALL!!!!!! i had the same issue, my firewall was turned on. just turn it off.

I have activated my voicemail...firewall is disabled. hav ebrought phone to sprint repair facility, have been on phone with tech support (4) times. Phone is a replacement (brand new) and is doing same thing...anyone?

try hittin the phone button - then press blabkberry button - select options - select voice mail

and see whats in there for access number and password if you want t to dial your pw for you
