No MMS

Hello there, I have a 8350i blackberry, and it works great with boostmobile. I get internet, walkie talkie, phone calls everything works except text messages.
Right now, I am running software version V4.6.1.313 with 23 service book, but text are not working.
Can someone help me?

Do you have the option to send MMS? If not, you need to reload your service books.

I have reloaded a few times, and I have talked to boostmobile. But, I can't send or receive.
I try to follow the instructions on this forum, but no luck.
Let me ask you do I have to delete the books on phone manually before I load them again?
