my blackberry won't turn on

Well, i'm new to this forum and I've been searching different sites to find out how to fix my blackberry but it doesn't seem like anybodys having the same issue as me.

My blackberry has been doing this weird thing for the past week where just randomly the screen will just turn white then i'd have to wait till the backlight turns off to use my phone, and then sometimes it'll do some weird thing where it looks like my screens cracked, but it isn't at all. And since friday night it won't even turn on at times when I restart it. It'll sit there and do the red light, the red light will turn off, the phone will like attempt to turn but it stays on a blackscreen and the red light turns back on. It doesn't do any weird white screen with the hourglass or anything, the screen just stays black.

Sounds like you will need to do a wipe and reload the OS. Hopefully you have done a back up.

But also, I would get that screen looked at.... or even your phone in general.

If it is messing up, it could be hardware related and happen again.
