Memory card trouble

Just got a new 16gb memory card, my old phone got lost sprint send me a new replacement no memory card on it, i install my new 16gb on my 8350i and got " memory card can not be acces due to fatal errors", any help would be great, i dont have a card reader on my pc so the format on pc option is out of reach at this point.

You've gotta try the card on someone's computer somewhere, to figure out if the problem is the card or the phone. Is the card a knock-off no name China brand? I've had issues with those in the past, failing quickly and for no apparent reason. Better to stick with a brand name like Kingston, etc. A little bit of static electricity can fry the cards too, depending on where you kept it stored.
