Little Help with Service Books??

I just ran the update from the blackberry website and now I have lost MMS and web browsing. I understand from previous posts that I need to reinstall the service books, but each time I follow the posts, I cannot find the files. Any chance for some help with this? I appreciate any advice

Could be a little more specific? Which carrier do you have? Do you need the service books or you just can't find them once you have got them? Give info= Get answers

Resend them for you account setup . Icon were you would setup your bb emails. When you got there scroll down and resend service books
