i have an unlocked 8350i for boost mobile and i have a jvm 102 reset error on my phone...no idea how to fix it i bought the blackberry already flashed and dont have the software please help!!!

Sorry to hear, it sucks. Do as search it's happened to me & many others before

JVM Error 102

You'll need to do a uninstall/reinstall of the os

You can find the os here

Just select which os you were using under "device software"
