Incoming calls

The last few days I've noticed when I get an incoming call and answer it I get a recorded voice saying that I have received a call from _________. Press 1 to accept the call or press 2 to send the call to voice mail.

I do have this number listed on my Google Voice account but all the people calling me are using my Nextel PTN. I've gotten it on calls from numbers that are and aren't listed in my contacts. Also I've gotten it from a number once but when that number called back in a couple of hours I didn't get it.
