On DM go to Device then Restore and navigate to the file on your computer.

I did one last year about this time. I'm not really sure how I did it but I will check to see if I can see or remember how I did it.

Yah it took me awhile to figure it out but it's really quite simple....if you can't understand the tutorials here, go to google and look for some others...even you tube has the step by step instructions with video! Doubt you'll find somebody willing to text you instructions, lol
