i miss my 8530!! help me

i have a blackberry 8530 with us cell on my friends plan and he [b][/b][b][/b][b][/b][b][/b]ed up and the phones got shut off so i had to switch back to my sprint 8330 with my parents. and i cant stay this 8330 any more is there any way i can get my 8530 on to my sprint account??

8530 can only be used on the NexTel side of Sprint. The 8350i uses iDen technology, Sprint is CDMA.

ok so i wont be able to use it? and another question. why wont my 8330 update past 4.5.0.186 on blackberrys site it says my phone will support 5.0

You can purchase a new 8530 for $49.99 on two year.
