You can DL the OS for the 8350I and desktop manager from RIM'S site.
Research In Motion
You may want to look in the Blackberry Help tab(101 lessons) at the top of the screen for more info. - 11-08-2009, 08:19 PM #5Always Handy:Storm2 Tips & Tricks >|< Learn It, Live It, Love It: Proper Upgrade/Downgrade Procedures

btw, I was trying to put some service books on , the combined 3 , when this happened. the manager got stuck and it wouldn't cancel, then I had to reboot and I lost everything..the only thing the blackberry says is 'reload software 507" that's it..none of the buttons work.I can't even turn it off without taking out the battery..right now it is a very expensive paper weight and not much of that..really

Wipe
You need to use BBSAK to wipe your phone then install OS then restore your phone from DM. Hopefully it wasn't to long ago that you backed up your phone.
