If your Host Routing Table is empty, you need to contact your carrier to get a BlackBerry data plan added to your account.

Not sure if your still having the problem or not, but if so....

Is the 8350i in question on Nextel or Boost? Also, had you recently done anything with your account, through customer service(before this happened).

If you did get it figured out already, what was the problem?
