Help!

I had my 8350i working perfect. I got samsung prevail and hated it. I sent it back to boost. I started with motorola i580 but I had sold it. I reactivated my sim card on Motorola i730. It recieves texts and works fine. When I tried putting sim in 8350i I get a big red X when I try to send MMS. I definitely followed all steps as I have done it before. I am very frustrated. Could it be old phone. I tried master restet battery pull re loading everything and still big fat RED X.. Please HELP

The 8350i needs to have a BlackBerry Plan to get the MMS to work.

You have to tell Nextel to allow it.

Start the process over.. clear your service books, then reinstall. Make sure you enable the legacy code before you load the service books. Do you get the red x when trying to send pic messages or any time you send a text?
