Having contact information viewable when emailing

I'm trying to have my contact information (name, title, work phone, cell phone#) appear on all outgoing emails at the bottom. How do I enter this in my blackberry?

Two ways:

1. http://forums.crackberry.com/f3/how-...ackberry-4980/ This can also be done right from the phone. Just go to your Email Settings icon (the one where you add a new email account to the phone) and the steps are pretty much the same.

2. If you don't want to have a signature every time, or like to change it up for some people then you can create an AutoText entry for it. Go to Options> AutoText> Hit menu button> Select New. Enter in your information in the "with" field and put something like "sig" in the replace field. That way you can add whatever custom signature you want to the email.

I use the option 2, it's nice being able to have a custom signature for different people and not have to worry about which email account I'm using.
