Email Problem

I'm a new customer to Virgin Mobile and I notice a problem with my emails. At least once a day I'll go a few hours without any emails showing up on my Blackberry. I usually pull out the battery and, once it restarts, all my emails load into my phone. Has anyone else had this problem and, if so, how have you resolved it?

If you take your BlackBerry into an area where it has no signal, sometimes it will fail to reconnect when the signal is available again. Rebooting by a battery pull causes your BlackBerry to reconnect, but it doesn't solve the underlying problem. I don't know what causes it.

You don't necessarily have to do a battery pull. Go into the Messages or click the icon for the email address in question, press BB Menu, and click Reconcile Now. If that does not work, I would contact Customer Service.
