I have set up an email address on my 8350 that worked fine until it got stolen. I got another BB via insurance claim, restored all my settings through the desktop manager. Everything shows up and works fine except my email. I can not send or receive and emails. Any ideas? I tried a battery pull. I was going to delete the account and start over, but cant figure out how to do that either.

Was the email address tied to your BIS account? In other words, it may be tied to the PIN number of the stolen phone. If so, call you provider and have them transfer the email address to your new Berry/ new PIN number.
