Default Device Calendar

I am looking for a way to sync the device default calendar with the outlook calendar. I have been having a problem during the sync with the outlook calendar entries being removed from the desktop and being placed on the device calendar and I can't seem to avoid it from happening.....does anyone have any suggestions?

Go into the Syncronization setup and make sure the arrow is going from device to outlook and not vice versa. I sync the calendar on my BB to Outlook never from outlook to the BB. There is a lecture I think it was #37 here on Crackberry that explains it perfectly. Because of that Lecture I can now pull my phonebook into Outlook in a seperate list which I can edit and keep a copy of...
