So you have had 10 8350i's all of them in a reboot loop?? That's incredibly ruff luck to have right there. My first one I bought off Craigslist(was brand spankin new tho) used it for several months without any issues whatsoever. I know my experience is not the usual when it comes to 8350i's, but ten...holy cow. I can definitely understand your frustration though, but be glad you have a plan and can get replacements. Us Boost mobile folk have to fend for ourselves, a phone breaks, it's time to cough up some more dough or go with out.

Hope things work out for you.

I can understand your frustration as I am dealing with the same bull s***!!!!!!! This is crazy I think I am on my 9th BB...I have a Nextel one what about you? This is the 3rd one that just CONSTANTLY shuts down on its own, and then trys to restart...which takes about 3-4 hours for it to do this! I have had it with Sprint!!!!!

My friend and I share phone line and let him have my upgrade, so I am stuck till January, tired of having them give me another phone cause its going to happen I know it!

yea i have a nextel blackberry, they finally got tired of sending me refurbs and me sending them right back so now they finally sending me a brand new one, so lets see how this works out, if it dont work im shuttin down my sprint account, it feels like they pushing nextel people away anyway i told them to stop sending me the blackberry and send me a evo or a sprint blackberry so i can stay with them and they acted like it would really hurt them to take care of a customer who been wit nextel since it first came out... smh
