Hi, about two days ago my Blackberry couldn't connect to the radio, and at the top where the signal bars should be it only says off.
I went ti nextel here in Mexico to find out what happen, and they told me that I have to buy a new radio because the couldn't fix it.
I haver never drop it, or something like that, and I dont think its fair to buy another cellphone that it's in excellent conditions.

I already wipe my blackberry and downgraded the Os but still have the same problem.

What can I do from this point.
